Notes
A pair of small sandy coves called Moms Beach by locals on Newport Harbor channel. One has volleyball court. Accessible by two staircases from Ocean Blvd.: one at foot of Fernleaf and one from Lookout Point at foot of Goldenrod. No public parking at beaches. Limited street parking on bluff.
