Notes

Moss Landing State Beach has a lot to offer, with surfing, beachcombing, birdwatching and harbor seals lounging across the bay. Some roadside parking and a reliable surf break called North Moss. Horses are allowed August - April.

A sign morks the extremely loose sandy trail over the dunes to the beach. Stay on the trail to reduce erosion in the dunes.
Sandy beaches stretch north toward Zmudowski State Beach.
Many species of birds rest on the bay backwaters between the Park and the highway.
The view south includes the riprap jetty for the Harbor channel.
